Our food is produced by our talented local Chefs. Led by our enthusiastic head chef Andy Routledge, boasting a wealth of experience from London, Jesse Smith's of Cirencester, Burford and beyond.
Using the freshest ingredients and herbs from our own gardens, our menu is seasonally balanced with the majority of our produce sourced locally from our Bromyard Beef to Bibury Duck & Bath Blue Cheese, vegetables from Duchy Home Farm on the Highgrove Estate.
Our fine wine cellar is sourced from Nigel Savage of Tetbury Wine Merchant.
Our menus also feature several gluten free dishes, and our Chefs are always willing to substitute any items of a dish that are not suitable for celiac’s with a replacement; we also stock a gluten free lager. Any other special dietary requirements can also be catered for, we can with pre-notification cater for Vegan diets too - feel free to phone us and discuss you needs.
